Our five formats

Five starting points, not a catalogue. Every project is built with you, from your subject, your year group and your constraints, and we remain open to formats you invent yourselves.

"The visit to Port-Royal-des-Champs organised by PERCEVAL transformed our unit on Jansenism. The pupils were gripped from beginning to end: the speaker knew the texts as well as the stones."

Marie-Hélène B. Teacher of French literature · Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, Versailles

"Third year running with PERCEVAL for our week out of the classroom. The organisation is faultless and the pupils come back delighted."

Head of teaching, secondary school, Paris 16e

"The trip to Normandy was timed to the minute. Not one detail left to chance. We will be back."

questions

Get in touch
How far in advance should an outing be organised?

For a one-day school outing, we recommend at least 3 weeks. For a school trip or a week out of the classroom, allow 6 to 8 weeks so that venues and speakers can be secured.

Can the teaching programme be tailored to our lessons?

Yes, that is the basis of how we work. During the first conversation you tell us your scheme of work, your year group and your objectives. We then build a route aligned with your unit, and send you the programme before it is confirmed.

How does invoicing work for schools?

We issue a quote that can be signed online. The invoice is addressed directly to the school. A 30% deposit is payable on booking, the balance 15 days before the date. Payment by bank transfer.

Are the venues reachable by school coach?

All our partner venues are reachable by school coach. For outings in the Paris region we can arrange transport on request. For trips, full transport logistics are included in our service.

Do you adapt for pupils with additional needs?

Yes. Tell us during the first conversation about the specific needs of your group (reduced mobility, dyslexia and related needs, and so on). We adapt the pace and the teaching materials, and select accessible venues.

Can our own teachers take part as co-speakers?

Absolutely. Many teachers choose to co-lead the outing alongside our speaker. In that case we prepare a coordination pack for you ahead of the date.

A first 20-minute conversation is enough. You come away with a concrete proposal matched to your curriculum and your constraints.
